About Tatiana Vidal Salcido
My journey has been one of purpose and impact. With over 18 years in sales and marketing, I’ve launched two companies, self-published my first book, and crafted brand narratives that foster cultural and emotional connections. As a former founder and Creative Director of Kinitros Marketing Agency, I’ve led bilingual multimedia projects across digital, print, and interactive platforms, blending innovation with a deep understanding of audience needs.
From developing children’s storytelling franchises like My House Chef to producing video campaigns for Hispanic brands such as Salsas Mexico Lindo and Solely, each project has sharpened my expertise in content strategy and creative leadership. I also hosted and produced three seasons of Tatis’ Kitchen, a radio show that combined storytelling and culinary exploration, showcasing my ability to connect with diverse audiences through media.
Working on initiatives like Let’s Get Loud with Ana Valdez and John Leguizamo inspired me to pursue opportunities in larger organizations. The scale and resources of multimillion-dollar enterprises, combined with the chance to work alongside brilliant minds, have drawn me toward creating a larger footprint and contributing to global efforts that drive change.
I am skilled in leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency, staying at the forefront of innovation by embracing emerging technology. My academic background, with a B.A. in Education from UDEM and an M.A. in Education Communication and Technology from NYU, equipped me with tools in ed-tech and the ability to use multiple platforms for impactful storytelling. My M.A. thesis focused on equipping teens and tweens with “feel-good skills” for emotional success, laying the foundation for my work in emotional intelligence and storytelling.
Inspired by Jorge Bucay, Roger Hargreaves, and my own culinary adventures, I bring depth and creativity to every narrative. My vision goes beyond personal growth—I’m ready to share my expertise, Hispanic heritage, and knowledge of emotional intelligence to create a positive, lasting impact.
